Personal Assistant/Carer to a Young Lady with complex needs based in the Congleton area, with trips to various activities.
You will be required to work as part of an existing team to provide personal assistance and care to a young lady with cerebral palsy / complex needs.
She is a wheelchair user and requires routine medication / feed via P.E.G. and has oxygen requirements.
Minimum 25 hour per week, 8.30am - 4pm on a rotation basis. £11.00 per hour.
Full UK Driving Licence required. Flexibility essential.
Full training will be given.
