Head of Human Resources

This charity are looking for a Head of HR to manage and lead the HR team in delivering a professional and responsive service across their organisation. You will provide leadership, direction, development and support to the team to ensure high standards of service delivery and be an advocate of the organisation's culture and values.

c. GBP40,000 - 45,000 (pro rata GBP32,000 - GBP36,000)
Based at Milton, Cambridgeshire
30 hours per week (4 days)

You will operate as the expert in Employment law and Employee Relations for all day to day HR matters and you will contribute as an active member of the Operational Management Team, and represent HR at Safeguarding Q & S Group and other committees. You will coach and mentor managers on all HR matters in line with best practice, employment law, fairness and organisation culture and you will take the lead on HR initiatives.

The successful candidate will hold CIPD Level 7 qualifications or have the equivalent experience and have an up to date knowledge of employment legislations and HR best practice.

The role is based at their offices in Milton with regular travel across their sites in East Anglia and it is essential that you have a full driver's licence and your own transport.
