Your new role This role will involve proactive head hunting, initiatives on candidate attraction and managing a pipeline of your own vacancies.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about utilising a variety of candidate attraction methods including writing and running adverts, market mapping, CV mining, headhunting, social network sites, events, plus proactive approaches via recommendations and referrals.As a Brand Ambassador you will be promoting this business as employer of choice, you will ensure all candidates and line managers have a positive experience.
What you'll need to succeed
* Recruitment experience is preferable (agency or in-house).
* Proactive person who can attract new talent to the business.
* The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
* Be competent in the use of social media to attract quality talent and drive employer brand.
* Have previous experience or be able to display a genuine interest in resourcing and an understanding of different attraction methods
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
