What we're looking for:

+ Previous experience with mail/order online sales / service
+ Experience with third party logistic suppliers

We are an inspirational luxury lifestyle brand. We advise and help our customers to create a stylish home through excellent customer service and advice.

The brand is now looking for an experienced Customer Services Executive to manage all customer service communications and processes, and to assist in growing the trade & telesales channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join the brand at a time of rapid growth and expansion, and to be involved in a very hands-on way with the broader relaunch project.

Your Roles & Responsibilities:

+ Drive improvements to customer service as customer champion, developing and improving ways to put our customers first.
+ Day to day handling of customer queries via email and phone and online chat. This could include product, service, and delivery issues in addition to sales calls or product info enquiries.
+ A point of contact for all stores and online with regards to outstanding customer queries.
+ Development/maintenance of the customer service logs for accurate periodical reporting.
+ On brand customer communications
+ Liaising with our logistics company on delivery issues and stock availability.

The Ideal Candidate:

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Highly adaptable with brilliant attention to detail
+ Friendly, outgoing and positive personality
+ Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to prioritise workloads efficiently and effectively.
+ Experience implementing or using a contact management system
+ Experience working for a multi-channel retailer - store, mail order and online sales
+ Experience working with 3rd party logistic providers
+ Able to deal with different personalities and handle the occasional tricky situation.
