The Company

We have been supplying clients with access engineering solutions since 2006. Our 'solutions' include industrial rope access, confined space entry, the installation of temporary working platforms and underwater inspections and surveys. Geckotech Solutions has continued to expand its portfolio of services over the years and this will remain the ethos of the company as we move forward.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced QS seeking part-time work and who ideally resides in the greater Edinburgh area. Our main customers are in the Infrastructure sector so experience in that sector would be a distinct advantage.

This is a new role within the company; and has been established due to an increase in the complexity, size and scope of major infrastructure projects awarded to the company. The successful candidate will work closely with our MD and Project Managers to deliver on projects across a number of sectors.

We initially envisage 15-20 hours per week and we can be flexible on how these hours are applied. The hourly/daily rate of pay will be in line with market levels.

We are driven by quality performance so getting the right people on the team is fundamental to our success and future growth. Geckotech is a young company in business terms but is very definitely a growing company. The business is Edinburgh-based but operates nationally and internationally.
