The Role
As an HR Business Partner you will be working as part of a team of HR professionals supporting business units with a specialist HR service.
HR Business Partners will be working with senior level directors and managers within divisions, building relationships, credibly influencing and guiding managers to align with the people plan. You will be working across a wide variety of HR and People Development activities including :-
* Employer Relations,
* Change Management,
* Learning & Development,
* Values,
* Succession Planning, Career Pathways
* Culture,
* Recruitment,
* HR Projects.
Candidates
Were seeking experienced HR Business Partners who have a solid grounding of employer relations and supporting leadership teams with effective HR advice, coaching and support towards the strategic people plan.
They are seeking experienced HR Business Partners who can proactively support and influence managers with people advice on ER, Change, and people development.
Candidates should ideally have experience across Employer Relations, Change, Performance, Absence, Capability, Policy, Recruitment,Training & Development, Coaching Managers.
Essential Qualification -
Chartered Member CIPD / (MCIPD) Qualified CIPD
