A market-leading American restaurant chain within the UK; operating with a franchise model is looking for a PR Assistant to join their fast-moving and commercial culture with a strong emphasis on revenue generation.
The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a PR Assistant to work within a growing Communications team and as part of a large marketing department. Supporting a large number of sites across the UK from the head office, you will work with the PR team to deliver exceptional PR support.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling media enquiries
- Researching and writing press releases
- Input into social media and web content
- Tracking media coverage and reporting monthly to management team
- Assist with organising events and develop relationships with all stakeholders across the business
The Candidate: You must have a degree or equivalent qualification in PR and/or Marketing and ideally have some PR experience either as a placement year or internship within agency or in-house. With strong written skills and excellent verbal communication skills, you will be comfortable liaising with stakeholders of all levels. With a highly organised and flexible approach, you will thrive in a busy working environment .
