Out of hours call handler
I am looking for a call handlers to provide a professional and efficient service to all users !
My client is seeking an additional member to join a team of out of office call handlers will be working for a global organisation that are market leaders in their field. You'll be taking inbound calls from clients and candidates that need out of hours assistance.
As the successful Call Handler you will have a calm, empathetic approach whilst working at a fast and accurate speed.
Previous background in a similar out of hours environment or a role dealing with customers on the phone is desirable
You must have demonstrable experience of using IT systems and have excellent communication skills
As a Call Handler you will be fully flexible in your hours of work to provide cover as per your shift pattern. The shift patterns will vary and will be confirmed on interview.
The vacancy will be for an immediate start for a full time position working 39 hours per week successful Applicant will be completing various shifts on a rota basis throughout a 7 day period which may include any of the following.
Am Shifts - 6am until 9
PM Shifts - 5pm - 8pm
Weekend day shifts 9am- 5pm
Night shifts - hours may vary
Benefits include an annual salary of £19500 with 34 days holiday including bank holidays
Overtime opportunities ( Bank holidays paid at double time / additional hours worked paid at time and a half)

Duties and Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact to all incoming calls
* Answer and respond to incoming calls
* Provide a high level of service to all clients and candidates
* Updating the system with accurate call notes
