Key responsibilities of a Sales Executive:-
- Speaking to customers on the telephone (Inbound & Outbound - warm leads only!!!)
- Checking client information to ensure accuracy
- Searching through a panel of insurance providers to find the best car and van insurance quotes for customers
- Presenting quotations, promoting features and benefits of policies
- Attempting to up-sell additional products and services
- Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times
Skills and qualities needed:-
- Excellent communicator
- Eager to learn
- Driven, with a positive 'can-do' attitude
- The ability to work to targets
- Keen eye for detail
- Punctual and well presented
- Ambitious

This role comes with a basic salary of GBP17,600 to GBP24,000 (Depending on sales and / or relevant insurance experience). With an achievable bonus structure you could reach on target earnings of GBP21,000 to GBP30,000.
Your working hours will be 40 hours per week covering the following rotating shift pattern:-
Week 1 - Earlies - 8:30am to 5:00pm
Week 2 - Middles - 10:00am to 6:30pm
Week 3 - Lates - 12:00pm to 8:30pm
Saturdays - 1 in 3 - 9:00am - 5:00pm
