Experienced Customer Service Representatives
LSS Waste Management is one of the leading independent Waste Management and skip hire providers in West Yorkshire, based just outside Leeds City Centre.
We are currently looking for professional candidates with a proven track record in customer service to join our existing successful team.
Your ability to interact with our customers efficiently in a professional manner and to ensure all information is processed accurately onto our computerised system is essential. You will need to be enthusiastic, with a polite and helpful personality, but above all to be committed.
Once trained you will be expected to take in excess of 130 calls a day with the capacity to undertake administration duties also.
Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Hours of work will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with possible overtime as and when required by the business. Saturdays are available on a rota from 0800 to 1300.
