(6 month fixed term contract)

£21,340 - £23,710 per annum

Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.

In this telephone based role, you will support the company’s Income Management processes for recovery of current and former tenant arrears and other debts, in accordance with agreed policies and procedures, making an effective use of the company’s chosen housing and sales ledger debt system. 

You will be competent in administrative procedures and have a good working knowledge of IT. Knowledge of arrears recovery procedures within a housing environment, together with financial record keeping skills would be advantageous.
