An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Practitioner to lead within a residential service for Children and Young People based in Chorley.
You will join a provider who specialties in the delivery of high quality, person centred Therapeutic support for Children and Young People that have experienced early life distress.
As Lead Practitioner you will lead your team ensuring positive relationships between the staff and children, supporting the children`s emotional and physical needs, liaising with external support services and encouraging children's school learning and out of school learning.
You will be a strong leader with a patient and calm approach. You will also be able to build positive and professional rapport with the children and young people with the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Flexibility is a essential in this role.
You will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young people qualification and hold a full UK driving license with access to your own car, as well with experience of working within a childrens residential setting.
This is a full time position with a salary of £19,730 - £22,350 plus excellent benefits
