Overview
This company have been working with a major customer to implement and test an Exchange hybrid environment. This has now been completed and the customer now needs support to execute the migration of circa 6,000 mailboxes within tight timescales. They are looking for an experienced individual to resource this migration activity.

The role is based predominately at the customer site in Reading and on occasions at the company offices in Basingstoke.

Objectives:
Migration of Microsoft Exchange 2010 mailbox estate to Exchange Online via existing / pre-configured and tested hybrid environment (no installation / configuration required)
- Conduct mailbox migration (planning, tracking and execution, including liaison with customer)
- Conduct post migration troubleshooting and client remediation (Outlook 2010 & 2016)
- Provide point for client support desk call escalation as required

Essential Technical skills & Experience -
- Exchange (on line and on premise including hybrid configuration)
- Office 365 migration skills - specifically the design, plan and execution of large scale mailbox migrations to Exchange Online.
- Exchange / Outlook 2010 - 2016 troubleshooting
- Microsoft Excel skills for analysis / tracking
- Attention to detail / comprehensive documentation and ownership of execution within defined timeline
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Full UK Driving License

Additional skills -
- PowerShell scripting knowledge for Exchange
- Microsoft Skype for Business (Lync) skills on premise/cloud and voice (desirable).
- Management of Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Azure AD
- Knowledge and experience with Networking and Firewall Technologies such as; Kemp, Citrix Netscaler and Juniper would be desirable
- Ability to prioritise work under pressure, work without supervision and use initiative to ensure that deadlines are met
- A flexible approach to the working day
