Ocean Housing Group owns, manages and maintains approximately 4,500 residential properties throughout Cornwall.  It has a diverse range of activities within the three companies that make up the Ocean Group.  One of the companies, Ocean Housing Ltd is looking to recruit a Property Services Scheduler to work with our Property Services Team.

You will have the day to responsibility for providing administrative and operational support for the coordination of workload diaries of our trade staff and property supervisors via our in-house dynamic scheduling system.

You will receive customer enquiries by telephone or electronically, ensuring a full understanding of their needs and processing requests ensuring excellent customer service at all times. In addition you would be responsible, on a day basis, for informing customers of any changes to their appointments and ensuring their needs are a priority.

You would have had experience of working within a Property Maintenance function and work planning in a repairs environment and it is essential that you have provided excellent customer service and developing relationships. Having experience of social housing is beneficial but is not essential.

You will hold at least 4 standard grades or equivalent, including Maths and English.
