Administrator.
Quality Improvement Unit.
Part Time. 18.5 hours per week. Permanent.
We are one of the largest Further Education Colleges in the UK with more than 20,000 learners studying with us on a wide range of courses. Our mission is to equip people with the skills they need to be successful in education, in work and business and in their personal lives.
We are looking to appoint an Administrator to work in our Quality Improvement Unit.
You will assist in the day to day running of the Quality Improvement Unit, providing efficient and effective administration, giving administrative support to the Director of Quality Improvement, Quality Development Managers and wider Quality team.
Your duties will include:
- Administration of the Colleges complaints procedure and external verification reports
- Processing the many surveys the Quality Unit administers
- Undertaking word processing, database and spreadsheet production and data entry
- Dealing with the Quality Unit’s Customer Recognition Awards
- Taking minutes of meetings
You will have good communication and organisational skills and a commitment to customer service. Relevant office experience within an administrative role and a Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent) will be required. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a small team.
This post is ideally spread over 5 afternoons a week.
