An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client based in Tewkesbury to join their export team as a Pricing Coordinator. Working within the procurement team and reporting in to the Export Sales Manager you will be responsible for providing up to date pricing information to customers.
Working closely with the Procurement Manager you will be working to ensure that all pricing information is up to date, accurate and in line with current and future supplier costs. You will be coordinating promotional pricing campaigns and offers, providing regular updates and rolling out communications to the sales teams.
Your main responsibilities will include analyzing customer price lists with the aim of maintaining and increasing profit margin and retaining existing sales. You will maintain the database with accurate pricing information, loading all data on to the ERP system. Analyzing price lists across all international markets to consolidate price lists and produce a dynamic pricing structure will also fall under your remit.
Excellent analytical skills are required for this role as well as a high proficiency with Excel and ideally a working knowledge of ERP systems is essential for this role. You will be naturally numerically minded with a strong commercial awareness. Experience of working within a procurement/purchasing environment would be beneficial.
This is a fast paced role, where the need to stay calm under pressure is vital! A background working with volume order data would be desirable and you will be someone who is comfortable working within a small team.
