Bluebird Care have an exciting opportunity for a Care Supervisor to join our well established team, our offices are based in Crewe however the role of supervisor is both office and field based.Due to the need for a supervisor when on call to be able to reach our customers quickly when needed, we invite applications from those living within or very close to the border of the Cheshire East area only.

As a Supervisor for Bluebird Care you will work closely with our new customers and their families to discuss care needs and develop tailored care plans for each individual.

You will also visit our existing customers to monitor needs and supervise our care staff to ensure the very best of care is delivered. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Care Supervisor, hold a NVQ/QCF level 3 equivalent or higher in Health and Social care and a willingness to work towards further qualifications and have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.

The Care Supervisor will:

• Implement quality control procedures
• Attend new customer meetings and create individual care plans
• Attend customer reviews
• Liaise closely with the all of the Bluebird Care team
• Be responsible for 'on call' duties approximately one week a month
• Maintain all reporting and recording procedures ensuring they are up to date.
