Finance Business Analyst
30 hours per week
12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover)
£40,827 per annum pro rata
Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.
In this role, you will set and monitor annual budgets to the CHP Group and provide regular forecasts and analysis, as well as preparation of the monthly and quarterly management accounts. You will also support the development and maintenance of the long term financial business plan.
Competent in producing management accounts and budgeting and business planning, you will be highly organised and have excellent IT and interpersonal skills. A good track record in producing highly accurate work, and presenting reports for senior and executive management is essential.
