Customer Service Advisors
Brook Street are recruiting for new customer service opportunities for an international logistics and freight company located close to Coventry City Centre with excellent transport links. My clients are a world renowned and recognisable organisation employing over 400,000 staff worldwide.
The vacancies are working in a team that are solely based on assisting and ensuring a portfolio of 15,000 clients migration onto a new delivery platform and aiding with any queries are problems that may be raised during this process. This role will involve contacting between 10-15 customers per day and ensuring their smooth transition and answering any questions they may have, my client has stressed this project is focused around the quality of service being delivered and not the speed in which these clients are being transferred, therefore we are only interested in speaking to individuals with exceptional customer and communications skills and passionate about offering an excellent service.
As well as possessing excellent customer service skills, applicants must be comfortable working with a range of internal systems and be able to navigate fluently around websites. Whilst in depth training and support will be provided, candidates are expected to be able to hit the ground running when speaking with clients to ensure a seamless transition.
