A newly created role within this expanding company dealing in B to B sales in the horticulture and construction sector

Business Development Executive (Lead generation)

" Generate qualified meetings for the sales team, in order to meet the business`s ambitious growth plans.
" Management of another team member when appointed.
" Preparation and reporting of lead funnel.
" A combination of desk-based research, telephone prospecting and client meetings, to deliver a consistent opportunity flow for the sales team.
" Identify the most valuable customers and buyers in the horticulture, facilities management and construction sectors.

Experience & Skills
" Relevant business to business sales and marketing experience from the construction, horticulture, distribution or facilities management sectors.
" Well-developed research skills to deliver target lists of businesses, understands the relevant sources of data and how to interpret them.
" Proven ability to generate conversations with senior buyers in a variety of businesses.
" Gatekeeper management skills.
" Can generate good commercial copy.
" Experience and understanding of 21st century marketing systems and processes.
" Well-developed Microsoft office skills.


Salary 28k-30k
