Support Worker
Taunton
We are looking for Project Workers, Support Workers in the Taunton and surrounding areas to provide support for those at risk of offending, and individuals with physical disabilities.
It is a brilliant service with a fantastic mission, where no one is excluded. The organisation you`ll be providing support for is a forensic step-down service, but also individuals with physical disabilities. For the hostel`s residents it offers a variety of activities and learning facilities including various workshops: horticulture training, kitchen training, and external voluntary work and much more.
You`ll be supporting 6 individuals, providing general support throughout the day, and accessing the community.
Benefits: Hours to suit your working needs -long days at £9 per hour! We provide on-going training, and give a high level of support from your consultants.
Qualifying candidates:
-1 years experience in a Hostel setting/Support worker MH
-Driver preferred
-DBS on the update service is an advantage.
