BD/Bid Support Manager - Professional Services
The Client
My client is a forward-thinking, top 20 professional services firm have a fixed-term contract opportunity for bright and highly capable BD/Bid Support Manager to join their fast-paced, welcoming and sociable Marketing team.
Based within outstanding London offices and reporting to the Head of Marketing this is a busy, involved and visible role providing firm-wide support for the end-to-end process of a varied and interesting range of new business opportunities.
Working closely with Practice groups across regional offices key responsibilities include the co-ordination of tender documentation including responding to an RFP/ITT, creating content, co-ordination of tender teams and coaching/assisting with final presentations. In addition, business development research, working on subsequent campaigns and involvement in other ad-hoc projects will feature highly.
As such strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to strict deadlines with flexibility to travel to regional offices (on occasion) while building key firm-wide relationships is essential!
Skills/Experience
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
*Significant experience in a similar role working on competitive tenders and pitches, background research and document production within professional services - essential
*Advanced MS Office skills
*Graphic design skills/Adobe InDesign
*Excellent attention to detail with superb written and verbal communication skills
*Experience working to tight deadlines
*Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with firm-wide teams
*Confident people person and a team player with a good sense of humour
