Your new role
Your new role, as the HR Administration Team Leader, you will supervise the day to day running of a small team of administrators. You will be responsible for ensuring that the current procedures are followed and reviewed including subject areas such as Absence Management, Recruitment and Appointments, Contractual Changes, Resignations and Retirements.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed some HR knowledge and experience is absolutely essential. You must also have strong supervisory experience.
