As an Electrical & Electronic Engineer, you'll make decisions about electronic product content, optimising hardware and software concepts and developing design processes.
Sophisticated systems like ours don't happen by accident. It takes the skill and dedication of thousands of electrical and electronic (hardware) engineers to make them a reality.
Join us and you'll make decisions about electronic product content, optimise hardware and software design concepts, develop sophisticated design processes and test complex products.
Activities could include assessment of equipment behaviour and fault diagnosis, assessment of new technologies and components, conducting laboratory tests and capturing data, circuit/firmware simulation and modelling, data analysis, and the preparation of technical reports.
Gaining exposure to the entire project lifecycle, you'll play a key role in both maintaining our existing systems and developing new technologies.
Welcome to Engineering in the real world.
Learning and development
We recognise that development is key to you fulfilling your professional potential and us delivering our business commitments. That's why we've created schemes where you take ownership of your career aspirations and we give you support, training and practical experience to help you succeed.
Application Process
The Graduate scheme will close on 30th April 2018 however where sufficient applications have been received roles may closer earlier therefore early application is advised.
We ask all candidates to apply online using our application form to ensure our selection process is completely fair and consistent.
Your online application will then go through a variety of strength-based selection methods, either online or face-to-face, and is likely to conclude at an assessment centre.
If successful, you will be expected to start in the business on the first week of September 2018.
