Vice Principal

Boston College has an exciting opportunity for a Vice Principal to join the executive team based in Boston, Lincolnshire. Joining on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a highly competitive salary!

Boston College is a highly successful college that requires an energetic, enthusiastic and strategic leader, to join the Executive Team. The financial health of the College is outstanding and there are over 8,500 enrolments of which 1,600 include full time 16-18 year olds.

The recent Ofsted inspection confirmed that we are “good” and our journey to outstanding is well on the way. This role is critical in overseeing all financial activities and leading the college business to ongoing sustainable success ensuring we become an outstanding provider.

As Vice Principal, you will be the strategic lead for Corporate Services and so you will need to have a flair for business development and a passion for finance. You will be responsible for driving performance and managing an efficient business, whilst creating growth opportunities. 

It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of the finance and registry services and knowledge of all college operations.  With the ability to effectively manage complex information systems and the possession of strong business acumen, the Vice Principal will be advising on driving forward business activities.

You will need to demonstrate a track record of successful strategic, financial and business management and possess the skills to be able to challenge and support business managers, to ensure effective high quality services are delivered.
