HEAVY EQUIPMENT PLANT MANAGER
We are seeking a professionally qualified Heavy Equipment Plant Manager to look after the day to day running of our company based in the Turks & Caicos Islands, British West Indies. This position is immediately available.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Running of the company in full
- Scheduling maintenance of heavy equipment
- Procurement of spare parts and keeping a ready stock at hand
- Call out to site for breakdown
- Some unsocial hours will be required and sometimes at a weekend/public holiday
- Accounting
- Health and Safety both in the facility and on site
- Visiting potential clients and bringing in new customers
Requirements:
- Must be diesel mechanic background and been in a similar position before
- Must have a clean driving license and Police Clearance Record
- Would suit a single person
- Able to work on dumper trucks, skytraks, cranes, caterpillar track equipment, excavators
Salary will depend on experience. Trial period of 30 days with a view to a permanent position. Initial flight will be covered. A one bedroom apartment will be made available, plus fuel allowance, 2 weeks paid vacation per year
