Now, we are looking for an Office Manager to join us on a part time basis and ensure the smooth running of our Sheffield office. This role will be known as Office Coordinator internally.

The Role:  

As the Office Manager, you’ll support the smooth running of our busy office in Sheffield.  

In this varied role, you will:  

- Ensure that our front of house service meets our high standards in terms of client experience  
- Manage office administration tasks  
- Help to distribute work amongst the Secretaries  
- Manage phone calls, email enquiries and incoming and outgoing post  
- Support the recruitment process and play a key role in on-boarding new staff and making them feel welcome  
- Manage all facilities and H&S requirements, including work station assessments  
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and complete supplier reviews  
- Assist with marketing events  
- Line manage the Junior Secretary  

About You:  

To join us as an Office Manager, you’ll need:  

- Previous office and/or facilities management experience  
- Line management and/or supervisory experience  
- Experience in a professional services firm 
- Excellent customer service skills  
- Sound working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and ideally Excel  
- The ability to communicate at all levels, including senior management  
- A great eye for detail and great prioritisation skills  

Ideally, you will have some HR knowledge, but this is not essential.  

We’re eager to hear from individuals with experience as an Office Manager, Office Co-ordinator, Facilities Manager, Administration Manager, Office Supervisor or Senior Administrator.  

Please note, this is a part time role, ideally working 25 hours per week, 10:00 – 16:00, Monday – Friday. We are able to offer flexibility regarding hours, but it is essential that the successful candidate is able to work five days per week.
