We have an excellent opportunity based in Central Reading for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a leading architectural practice where you will be working on a variety of residential and retail projects.

Our client is a market-leading architectural consultancy, with an exciting current project pipeline within the residential housing and retail sectors.

As part of this role a competitive salary is on offer alongside the chance to work alongside a down to earth and friendly team of 16 architectural staff.

To be considered for this Senior Architectural Technician (Residential Housing/ Retail) role you must:

• Be educated to degree level/ HND/ HNC (or relevant qualification) within an architectural/ construction/ CAD focussed subject
• Have UK based experience of working as an architectural technician within housing/ commercial
• Be able to communicate well in house and to clients and contractors
• A full understanding of current UK Building Regulations is a must along with a good working knowledge of AutoCad
• A full UK valid driving licence and your own car is beneficial
