Our client is a brand new company formed on 1 April 2015 and combines two high performing North West social landlords.  The scale is big - over 22,000 homes, 1,000 employees and an annual turnover of more than £100M with ambitions to spend £30M per annum on new homes.
 
Their in-house contracting team are looking for an enthusiastic individuals for painting positions starting as soon as possible.
 
The role of a Painter is challenging, fast paced and customer focused and the successful candidate will be required to ensure that they continue to meet customer needs in delivering the cyclical works.  
 
You will be tasked with carrying out a range of maintenance repairs ensuring that all works are completed in line with company procedures and current legislation.
 
The successful candidates will be qualified to a minimum in a Level 2 or equivalent in Painting and Decorating or be a time served tradesperson.  You must have experience in the construction industry and will be able to display excellent customer care and communication skills.  You will be highly skilled and motivated, and will hold a full UK licence.
