I am currently recruiting for a HR System Administrator to join a well known organisation based in West Yorkshire. The main focus of the role is to work closely with the HR team and other parties to ensure that the administrative process utilises the HR system effectively. This includes, but is not limited to, pay review processes, accuracy of HR records and compliance with GDPR.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the HR systems
  • Support the HR systems (e.g. Payroll, HR, T&A, eLearningPool)
  • Reporting

Ideal Candidate:

  • Competent with Word and Excel at an advanced level
  • Confident working with data including extracting, manipulating and summarising data for reporting and other uses
  • Able to work with sensitive data with a high level of confidentiality
  • Good administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
