A bespoke manufacturing company are looking to recruit a Company Administrator for their business on the outskirts of Rugby.
As a Company Administrator, your duties will include: controlling the administrative function of the business, answering the company telephone system, maintaining visitor records and maintaining the company diary. Additionally, you will be responsible for data entry support for the Accounts team up to profit and loss level. You will need to be able to assist in the provision of a variety of financial data to the directors, maintaining company account records, preparing staff wages and assisting the placing of purchase orders.
The ideal candidate for this role would preferably be skilled in using Sage 50 accounting software to P&L level, or the use of a similar system. Additionally, having worked in line with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 or similar, as well as the ability to work with minimum supervision, yet being able to seek support or assistance when needed. As well as being a proficient user of Microsoft Excel. This role would be well suited to a high level PA or somebody with a strong background within Administration or Secretarial roles.
The successful candidate should have excellent time management skills and be comfortable with working within a technical team environment.
This is a temporary to permanent position, with a permanent contract offered with the company after 12 weeks. Whilst on a temporary basis, the pay rate will be between £10-11 per hour. Once a permanent contract is put into place, the salary will be between £20-24,000 per annum.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 37 hours per week, yet are flexible between the hours of 7:30am and 5pm.
Due to this position being in a remote location, a clean driving licence will be required as there are no public transport routes to this area.
