My client is a well established and global company. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team, based at the Watford site.

The main purpose of the role is the management of customer systems, respond to customer queries by email and phone, liaise with various departments, scheduling contractors and engineers, continuing to ensure customer excellence!!

They are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual, someone with excellent customer service and administrative skills, an excellent communicator written and verbal, and can use Word and Excel.
