About the role

Volkswagen Preston are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to join their busy Aftersales department.

About the role

You will provide support to the Service Manager in providing guidance, training and appraisals to each of the Service team to ensure the team maximise customer satisfaction through feedback. Being involved with the Service Team, you will monitor the department performance against budget, identify any shortfall and implement plans to improve the performance.

About You

You will have experience gained from a similar role within the Motor trade, especially supervising a team, having the ability to motivate the service team to their full potential.
