My client is a fresh food wholesaler based just outside of Birmingham.
They are looking for a Telesales Advisor to join their team of 10!
If you are a foodie with great communication skills- please apply!
Your role would include developing profitable sales growth of the range of products, to foster and maintain customer relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
Your duties will include inbound and also outbound calls, dealing with customer complaints/enquiries and to maintain understanding of the product range.
Ideally you will have telesales/sales experience, communicating with customers and be confident in doing so.
You will be personable and professional with a self motivated mind set. You need to be a little savvy in mathematics as you will need to work out margins and conversions. Being a Food lover or from a food background will be a huge plus!
You will receive thorough induction training on the bespoke in-house system and continuous training and developments
The company is offering a salary of £18,000 and also a healthy commission structure!!
Monday- Friday 8:30-4:30
23 days Holiday + BH
