A great opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive for a fantastic environmental related charity based in London in order to write, populate with photos, test and send targeted email marketing campaigns with support and guidance from the Digital Marketing Officer. Marketing Executive will be working within the Marketing and PR teams, and with the wider UK team to ensure coordinated production and tailored delivery of e-comms of high quality and effectiveness within all UK nations.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Develop programme communications by copy-writing and sourcing content to populate and distribute outbound e-comms using 3rd party software. You ll need to create audiences and marketing lists for these targeted e-comms using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and schedule them across the year and through campaign cycle, with guidance from the Digital Marketing Officer.
Work within the Marketing team to monitor the effectiveness of these e-comms through the analysis of unsubscribes, open rates and conversion rates. Test new campaigns using multi-variant and subject line testing and present recommendations to Digital Marketing Officer.
Work with the team to enhance and maintain the quality of our database and ensure we adhere to data protection protocols across all team activities.
Support the team by developing and delivering the internal team e-comm POP monthly to connect a geographically dispersed team with light entertainment and team content.
Provide administrative support in the London office by supporting the phone line and dedicated email in box, managing enquiries with the wider team. Support the team with room bookings, file management, office management and support staff across the UK with general admin as required (e.g. travel bookings)
Develop a searchable asset database of films and photos for use in communications and campaigns, sourcing images from pay for sites as appropriate to support campaign delivery.

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Excellent written English.
Experience in marketing, with knowledge of CRM systems and e-comms development.
Experience delivering effective social media campaigns required
Extensive communication skills including copywriting, blogging and the use of social media
Fun and enthusiastic with strong customer service ability and good telephone manner
