An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Registered Manager to join Making Space, a not-for-profit care provider based at our Gables Manor Learning Disabilities nursing service in Ingleby, Lincoln. In return we offer a competitive salary of £38572 per annum.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced registered manager to manage our Gables Manor Learning disabilities nursing service. You will ensure the effective day to day running of the service and have overall accountability for ensuring the home is run in an efficient and safe manner whilst employees provide the highest standard of care to service users. You will be responsible for managing a team of nursing staff and support workers ensuring a person-centred service is provided for people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. The aim of the service will be to meet and exceed legislation and inspection requirements and you will be responsible for ensuring that CQC standards are met and adhered to by all team members.
The successful candidate must be a registered with an active PIN and will have experience of managing a team, including knowledge and experience of the needs of people experiencing learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. The candidate will be required to complete and pass the CQC interview registration process.
Working hours are 39 per week working various hours.
Due to location it is essential you have access to your own transport.
