We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Voids Coordinator to join our team based in Enfield.

Within this role, your work will be essential in controlling and managing the void process, void loss, and monitoring overall budgetary spend. This is identified as one of the high-risk business areas which requires in depth monitoring. You will lead on operational project work, and service reviews to ensure an efficient and effective service, working in partnership with a centralised repairs and maintenance team, other internal teams, contractors and stakeholders.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have practical experience of managing a voids process as well as delivering process improvement and managing differing client and customer groups and priorities.

An operational understanding of repairs and voids processes and familiarity with building maintenance is also essential.
