The Hurlingham Club is recruiting for a Commis Chef to join on a permanent basis.
Bordering the Thames in Fulham and set in 42 acres of magnificent grounds, The Hurlingham Club is a green oasis of tradition and international renown. Recognised throughout the world as one of Britain's greatest private members' clubs, it retains its quintessentially English traditions and heritage, while providing modern facilities and services for its members.
The Club has a large brigade of chefs within the Food & Beverage department, working across three kitchens.
This role is offered on a full time, roster basis, which will include regular evening and weekend work.
Candidates should have proven and be keen to advance their skills and knowledge under an inspirational Executive Head Chef. This is a great opportunity for a chef with previous Commis or Demi Chef de Partie experience.
