Study Inn has an exciting opportunity for a Reservationist to join our team based in our Head Quarters in Coventry City Centre. You will work on a full time permanent basis and receive a highly competitive salary of £19,500 per annum.
Study Inn acquires, develops, owns and operates student accommodation which combines the security, quality and comfort of a luxury Hotel with the fun and vibrancy of a University Halls of Residence. The Directors have 60 years’ combined development and operational experience. The founding directors with a hotel background saw an opportunity to accommodate a niche market combining the luxury of a hotel with student accommodation.
Study Inn originated in Coventry in 2009 with the objective of creating the best quality serviced student accommodation available in the UK. Between 2009 and 2013 the Study Inn brand expanded opening three more centres in the heart of Coventry as well as new centres in Nottingham and Sheffield. Continued expansion has gained the Study Inn brand a National and International reputation. September 2016 saw the opening of our most recent centre in Cambridge. Furthermore, we have pipeline projects in Bristol, Liverpool and another in Coventry opening September 2018 - 2019. These projects will more than double the size of our existing portfolio as we continue our nationwide expansion.
Our development model is based on re-generation of City Centres which brings spend and footfall into the city centre and reduces the number of students living in houses of multi occupation in the suburbs. Our student blocks generally consist of between 200 to 1000 rooms having a mixture of en-suite fully fitted studios and shared serviced apartments incorporating a luxury living room and dining area complete with fully fitted kitchen.
Our operating model is based on hospitality and student life experience. We supply something very different in the type of accommodation, level of service and what we call student ‘whole life’ experience and that has proved very popular with our residents, their parents, Universities and Local Authorities in all of our locations.
