Working under the umbrella of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) Animal & Plant Health Agency (APHA) is the government agency that takes responsibility for keeping the nation safe from any animal diseases, you will play a key part in our Weybridge Stores.
Liaising closely with the Biological Products Unit and your sales desk colleagues, you will provide a high quality daily despatch service for Tuberculin Test kits. From checking orders and labelling goods to updating IT records and managing the temperature monitoring system, you will provide an exemplary – and safe – customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in nationally-important work. If you have a passion for delivering great customer service and can work in a physically demanding role, you’re willing to learn about Dangerous Goods by Road regulations, and would like to learn how to drive a forklift truck, then we’d be delighted to receive your application.
