Looking to move from a creative recruitment agency into an in-house recruitment role? Or looking to build on recruitment expertise gained in other creative agencies or media companies? This is a great opportunity to join one of London's brightest PR agencies as their in-house Recruitment Manager. Based in lovely offices in a great central London location and supporting a lively, sociable, high-performing team of staff, you will be working with the senior management team, responsible all aspects of the full recruitment life cycle.

The role will cover

  • managing recruitment at all level for the business, sourcing candidates proactively, building and maintaining networks and developing relationships with suppliers
  • writing engaging advertising copy and overseeing recruitment activity across a range of media channels including social media
  • assisting senior managers with interviewing, feedback and onboarding
  • managing all direct recruitment activity and employer branding
  • assisting with training and induction programmes
  • ensuring compliance and keeping up to date with new legislation and policy change

The successful candidate will need:

  • a proven and significant track record of recruitment in the creative/ media/ PR sector
  • superb attention to detail
  • the ability to communicate confidently with people throughout the business
  • confident networking skills and the ability to act as brand ambassador for the agency
