Graduate Flood Risk Engineer- Bath

My Client, a market leading multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy, which specialises in Flood Risk, Infrastructure and Structural Engineering, is searching for a Graduate Flood Risk Engineer to join their Flood Risk Team based in Bath.

This exciting Drainage role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a friendly team of Engineers to complete Flood Risk and Drainage Projects for Residential Development Projects for Housing Developers, Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients.

As a Graduate Flood Risk Engineer you will be trained by the team to complete technical work including;

-Flood Risk Assessments for Planning Applications.

-Surface Water Management Plans.

-Hydraulic Modelling using Flood Modeller and Tuflow.

-Drainage Strategy and Drainage Design.

It is essential that applicants have a strong BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering, Hydrology or Environmental Management and experience completing or reviewing Drainage Strategies or Flood Risk Assessments or Hydraulic Modelling.

It is also beneficial for applicants to reside locally and have experience working for a Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Design using Microdrainage.
