Sub Contract Coordinator - Activate Learning

Activate Apprenticeships is the largest training provider in the Thames Valley region and the specialist apprenticeship division of the Activate Learning Group. The Group is made up of a number of partners including City of Oxford, Reading, Banbury and Bicester Colleges and Oxfordshire, Reading and Swindon University Technical Colleges. We are now looking for a talented Sub Contract Coordinator to provide full support to our Management team in managing all Delivery Partners associated with their accounts. This includes co-ordination of all stages from Procurement (Due Diligence and Contracts) through to Management Review and Compliance, and the Financial Reconciliation.

You will have experience of working effectively with commercial partnerships and delivery partners, or a minimum of 2 years experience in the government funded skills sector. You will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to present confidently and competently to stakeholders. You will be a keen self-starter who can achieve organisational goals. This is a full time, 40 hours per week, position based at our Blackbird Leys Campus, OX4. There will be some travel required to other campuses, delivery partners and customer sites. Travel expenses will be provided.
