Senior Marketing Executive, Oakham -
A growing company based just outside of Leicestershire are looking to bring in a Senior Marketing Executive. Within the role you'll implement marketing activities and promotional campaigns, working in a team to support the Head of Marketing with a broad range of responsibilities.
This is a role with fantastic scope, where you can bring your strong ideas into an energetic environment. With the company thriving and a new product launch on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that are a leading force in what they do.
With a busy year ahead, you will be given the reins to think creatively on how to get through to new customers and the freedom to make your own decisions. With close links to the international sales teams, you'll need to retain and optimise the UK and international customers through efficient campaign management. Email execution will be key, so previous exposure to email automation systems is desirable and will come in handy.
As a person, you'll need to have top communication skills to ensure that you and your colleagues are always on the same page and that projects are progressing as expected. Strong commercial awareness is also a bonus, along with having previously launched a product to the consumer market. However, they're hiring hugely on personality, and the ability to be flexible and adapt will be necessary in this fast-paced role.
