Our service desk team in Watford supports over 4500 customers, diagnosing and resolving issues with their software, hardware and service. We are looking for people who are passionate about technology and increasing their existing knowledge, whilst delivering exceptional customer service. About the role:

We are looking for people who love their job and are keen to work in a close knit team, whilst making a positive difference. This job makes you the first point of contact to all our customers, recording the issues they are having, diagnosing them and then trying to resolve them. If resolving them isn't possible then you will need to escalate them. There is opportunity to increase your knowledge with on the job learning opportunities. This job is the perfect opportunity for somebody with a good understanding of IT looking to build a career.

Our team:

Our first line support analysts sit in a team alongside call agents and second line support. You are mentored and supported by our service desk team leaders and service desk managers, who will ensure you are equipped with the necessary tools to do the job successfully.

Who you are:

We want to make sure you are set for success; this isn't all about your skills, and that is why we would love to talk to you even if perhaps you don't fit all of the following:

+ experience of working in a similar support, customer service, call centre environment
+ basic IT knowledge
+ customer focused
+ excellent communication skills to customers and internal colleagues
