NQ Associate, Core Real Estate
Eversheds Sutherland is not your average law firm and we're not looking for average people. We do things differently - in the way we treat our people and the service we provide. That's how we've become one of the largest law firms in the world and a great place to work and develop your career.
The Eversheds Sutherland Real Estate practice has status and substance. External commentators often refer to us as one of the largest Real Estate practices and there are very few firms that have such a varied portfolio of work. We aim to be first to the market for solutions for our clients and work seamlessly across borders, integrating our specialists as they need them. The team includes leading experts working on virtually every form of major infrastructure and development project in the market today; shaping the law and delivering the projects that matter.
We have an open and friendly and working environment. You would work across our team dealing with an excellent variety of first rate investment, occupier and development work.
You would manage your own caseload of asset management work (with significant client contact) as well as working as part of the team on larger transactions.
Skills and experience:
You will possess:
• Strong technical skills and excellent academic qualifications.
• In addition you will be able to demonstrate pro-activity and exceptional organisational skills as well as a high attention to detail.
• You will provide a first rate client service both internally and externally.
You should be a team player, client focused and a good communicator with a strong practical approach to your workload. A commitment of delivering quality service is essential, as is the ability to juggle the demands of a heavy workload.
We're a modern, progressive law firm. We think differently and we've built a culture where individual skills and personalities can shine through. At Eversheds Sutherland, we believe that innovation comes from a culture of genuine equality and diversity and we are happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments individuals may require in the recruitment process, or once in post.
