My client, a leading global consultancy, are seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their Property & Asset Management team.
My client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy who has been nominated, and won awards as an employer. They have offices all over the world and are seeking to provide an excellent service to clients through employing the industry's finest Surveyors. They have an enviable client base including major funds and institutions which provide a plethora of exciting work. They offer great career progression and seek to promote from within wherever possible which will of course mean an increase in salary too. However, I must stress that hard work will be rewarded with fantastic bonuses, team lunches and more!
My client is looking for somebody with solid experience within Property & Asset Management and preferably a Chartered Surveyor (post-qualified experience will stand you in good stead). The role will include a portion of Asset Management, so for those who are seeking a transition into this line of work, this role could be the stepping stone you've been waiting for. The portfolio will be mixed, comprising of office space, industrial and retail properties which will allow you to develop your skills as a well-rounded Surveyor. You will be given the opportunity to work closely with clients and also assist with pitching for work. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial and seek to win new business wherever possible and cross-sell the services other teams within the business.
