Development Project Manager - North Yorkshire

Great role has come up in the North Yorkshire area for a property project manager. This opportunity can offer you exposure as lead project manager across a handful of sites in the North. This is a new role resulting from business growth you have the chance to make your make the job your own.

The work will be a mix between refurbishment and new build projects. Already numerous projects with planning permission already approved. Given this is a new role, applicants will ideally have 5 years post qualified experience (either MRICS or MCIOB welcome!). This is due to a high volume of work, expensive projects and lots of autonomous decision making. You will become an integral part of a small property team, growing with the business with potential to eventually manage others.
