Previous sales experience is essential in this role. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also benefit from a company car. 

You will be required to deliver excellent customer satisfaction as a Sales Executive by providing all customers with quality and excellence and to consistently exceed internal and external customer expectations and consistently deliver the brand experience via the sales process by the achievement of monthly individual and team targets.

We are a leading family owned motor trade group based on the south coast in East Sussex and Kent and in Norfolk and Suffolk. We are constantly looking for quality, honest, professional and hardworking people to join our family.

The Group was founded in 1960 and has grown steadily from then, currently occupying a number of facilities around Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, Uckfield and Tunbridge Wells. In July, this year we purchased Dingles Motor Group and now proudly own dealerships in Norwich, Attleborough and Lowestoft. Although it remains a family-owned business, the Group now offers a massive range of products from five of the world's leading manufacturers.

Our needs are wide as we operate car showrooms, workshops, parts departments, a large body repair centre, along with full in-house IT, accounts and administration. We currently employ approaching 350 people with varying skills, qualifications and experience + all who share the common goal of wanting to be the best at what they do.
