This organisation requires someone to data cleanse both hard and soft HR files to ensure GDPR Compliance.

You will need to have a good working knowledge of HR electronic filing in order to cleanse or move them to relevant files.

You will understand the legal requirements on what files and information can be held and for how long.

If you are sharp eyed with great attention to detail and process driven this could be the role for you.
